JCHX held the 2024 Work Conference from January 25 to 27 to summarize works completed in 2023 and deploy key works to be achieved in 2024. 

In the Work Report, Mr. Haigen HUANG, President of JCHX Mining, stated that 2023 marked a milestone in the history of JCHX, during when it continued to maintain a positive and stable momentum. Steady growth was realized for mining services sector, with remarkable achievements made at both domestic and overseas markets. A new page was turned for resources investment sector, as three projects already launched production. Inter-connected development was made among S&T innovation sector, equipment manufacturing sector and trading sector, yielding noticeable advantages and fruits. Besides, SOP management was promoted broadly and steadily. In order to realize the goal of benefit-up through management in 2024, JCHX will continue to adhere to SOP implementation, strengthen safety production management, make constant and stable accomplishments in resources investment sector, enhance internal management, focus on promoting efficiency, remove key challenges to management. In addition, JCHX will improve equipment management to increase comprehensive efficiency, promote cost management system to build up competitive strengths, expand market with full efforts, promote digital transformation for safer financial system, comprehensively enhance talent quality for a more solid development foundation, and broaden development channels to make the auxiliary sectors more competitive.

Dr. Huaisheng PENG, President of JCHX Group, noted that it is necessary to strengthen the capability of identifying and guarding against risks and to work out response plans for potential emergencies. The company’s management system should be transformed and upgraded following the “two-focus driven strategy” (contract mining + resources investment) to enhance operation efficiency and reduce operation risks. Dr. Peng emphasized that only with international vision and localization can the leap-frog development be realized since our businesses and projects spread across Africa, Southeast Asia and Europe and will soon reach America.

Mr. Qinghai WANG, Chairman of JCHX Mining, mentioned that the hard power, core competitiveness and rich management experiences we accumulated over the past years in mining services, and the special skill of JCHX, provided us with strong support in the fast development of and the synergy among resources investment, S&T innovation, equipment R&D&manufacturing and trading, indicating that we should continuously strengthen SOP management to constantly enhance our strengths in mining and unceasingly improve our core competitiveness and maximize the efficiency and benefits.

Mr. Xiancheng WANG, Chairman of JCHX Group, expressed that JCHX has undertaken about 100 mine projects and realized the transformation from hand drill to modern large-scale mechanized construction and from open stoping to cut-and-filling stoping and block caving since its establishment in 1997. Experiences accumulated made it possible for JCHX to overcome difficulties and challenges brought by various hydrogeological conditions and working environment as well as to distinguish itself from other mining companies.
